From working with many business leaders, we have learned that one of the greatest issues they face is finding and keeping the staff they need. At Prosper 4 we aim to solve this problem by tapping into a fresh pool of talent.
The marginalised communities we work with are highly motivated, and often highly skilled. All they need to flourish is a chance at the right job and soon, the previously marginalised become integral, loyal and hardworking members of their new companies.
We want to help businesses gain access to valuable talent. By engaging with people from wide and diverse backgrounds, we believe businesses can create a monumental impact on their operations and broader society. Prosper 4 Group helps employers do exactly this.

Prosper 4 Group was founded by ex-offenders with the aim of revolutionising recruitment: to make it more inclusive, diverse and equal, for everyone.
Our experiences have taught us that individuals should be judged by their talent. Nothing else. Instead, discrimination severely limits the substantial economic potential and social benefit of inclusive employment. Prosper 4 is committed to challenging this.

WHAT WE DO
Prosper 4 Group operates Bridge of Hope, a jobs portal dedicated to bridging the gap between progressive employers and a fresh pool of talent (learn more about the founder here).
We work with organisations to identify where they require additional staff. Then, we analyse our database and candidate profiles to match our clients with individuals that have the skills and qualities they desire, to deliver successful outcomes for both parties.
We have already impacted dozens of businesses and helped over 600 people typically overlooked by recruiters! A real win-win!
Within the prison estate, there is a wealth of under-utilised industrial capacity. From textiles production to the manufacture of electronics, prisons are a growing hub of industry with a wealth of potential.
We have identified numerous opportunities here for businesses to increase their production capacity, train and find new staff. This is also a great chance for individuals to gain new skills and experiences, which will be extremely valuable once they leave prison.
Our sustainable solutions curb unemployment rates among ex-offenders and are a great way to give back to the community.
We work with a wonderful charities to support people who want to establish their own business. Their team has a wealth of experience in enterprise and entrepreneurship, with a proven ability to help clients launch their business.
Through our network of partner organisations, we provide both technical and financial support for our clients, with a particular focus on securing funding.
